1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "ec33" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" refers to the operator of the ec33.io platform and all associated services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on ec33.io or accesses any part of the platform.
• "Platform" means the ec33.io website, mobile-optimised site, and any applications or tools made available by the Company.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free-spin winnings, or any other non-cash incentive credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on a casino game or sportsbook market on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual under 21 years of age, any individual prohibited from gambling by applicable law, or any individual whose Account has been permanently closed by the Company.

2 Eligibility

Use of the ec33 Platform is strictly restricted to eligible individuals. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ec33 enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are not using funds belonging to any third party.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited.
• You have not previously had an ec33 Account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

ec33 reserves the right to decline registration or close any Account where eligibility requirements are not satisfied, at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without liability to the Player concerned.

3 Account Registration

Each Player may hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts — whether identified by name, national identity number, address, device fingerprint, IP address, mobile wallet number, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. The Company may merge or close duplicate accounts and review any associated balance for potential forfeiture.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You are obligated to update your Account details promptly whenever any information changes. ec33 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. If you suspect that a third party has accessed your Account without authorisation, you must notify ec33 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

ec33 reserves the right to carry out enhanced identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") procedures at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC checks to the Company's satisfaction may result in Account suspension, withdrawal holds, or Account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits. ec33 accepts deposits exclusively via the supported Bangladesh mobile wallet services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum single deposit is ৳200. Deposits are credited to the Account balance in Bangladeshi Taka and are processed in real time. ec33 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction charges, for which ec33 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ec33 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) hour of submission during normal operating hours, though processing times may vary depending on mobile wallet system availability. ec33 reserves the right to impose a hold on any withdrawal pending completion of identity, source-of-funds, or responsible gaming checks.

Currency. All Account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ec33 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.

Dormant Accounts. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. ec33 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant Accounts once the balance falls below ৳1,000, until the balance reaches zero, after which the Account may be closed. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ec33 offers a range of promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated on the promotion page, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry period are all specified on the relevant promotion page. Players are advised to read bonus terms in full before claiming any offer.

One Bonus at a Time. Only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any given time. If a Player claims a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active, ec33 reserves the right to remove the earlier bonus without compensation.

Abuse Prevention. ec33 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the offer has been claimed fraudulently, through the use of multiple accounts, via collusion, or through any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion. Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play only.

Modifications. ec33 may modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time at its sole discretion. Such changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in active use, unless otherwise required to prevent fraud or system abuse.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Casino Games. All casino games available on the ec33 Platform are supplied by internationally certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG). Game-specific rules are displayed within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and this document, the game provider's certified rules shall prevail.

Sports Betting. Bets on cricket, football, and other sports markets are accepted subject to the applicable market rules. ec33 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded or where it is evident that the outcome was already known at the time of placement. Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface and may vary by market and event.

Bet Confirmation. A bet is not confirmed until ec33 has accepted it and a confirmation reference has been issued. In the event of a technical failure before confirmation, the bet will be treated as void and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account.

Error Correction. ec33 reserves the right to correct any bet settled incorrectly due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. This includes recovering any overpayment from an Account balance. Players will be notified in such circumstances.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ec33 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of the Account balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place or manage bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform to generate unfair winnings. Any winnings derived from an identified bug are void.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing inconsistencies between ec33 and other operators, where such activity is deemed by ec33 to constitute systematic exploitation rather than recreational play.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund an Account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially illicit purpose.

ec33 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. The Company's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final, subject to a right of appeal submitted by email to [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of notification.

8 Responsible Gaming

ec33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their Account settings, which include deposit limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools can be activated at any time and some, once set, cannot be reversed or shortened until the elected period has expired.

Self-Exclusion. Any Player who feels that gambling is negatively affecting their life may request a self-exclusion of a minimum of six (6) months. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended, all marketing communications will cease, and the Player will be unable to create a new Account on the Platform. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected] and will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours.

ec33 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Gambling is not appropriate for everyone. If you are concerned about your own gambling behaviour or that of someone you know, ec33 encourages you to seek independent support and use the tools available within your Account.

9 Privacy & Data

ec33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by ec33 may include your name, date of birth, national identity information, contact details, payment method details, and device and usage information. This data is used for Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalisation of the Platform experience.

ec33 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and fraud prevention partners strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the Platform services. All data transfers are conducted under appropriate data protection safeguards.

10 Limitation of Liability

The ec33 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ec33 excludes all warranties, conditions, and representations — whether express, implied, or statutory — including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

ec33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) interruptions or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, server failure, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control; (b) unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security; (c) delays in payment processing caused by third-party mobile wallet services; (d) any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental loss of any kind, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ec33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11 Suspension & Termination

By the Player. A Player may close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC checks and provided no bonus funds with active wagering requirements are attached to the balance.

By ec33. ec33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected; (b) the Account is associated with fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) the Account holder is identified as a Prohibited Person; or (d) ec33 is required to do so in order to comply with any applicable legal or regulatory obligation. In cases of Account closure due to a proven breach, ec33 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance in full.

12 Amendments

ec33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that affect Player rights or financial terms — ec33 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice by posting a notice on the Platform homepage and, where possible, by direct communication to the registered Account email address.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree to the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may close their Account in accordance with Section 11 above before the revised Terms take effect.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ec33 operates.

Any dispute arising between the Player and ec33 that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal complaints procedure (see Section 14) shall be referred to binding arbitration. ec33's internal complaints process is the first and mandatory step before any formal dispute resolution is initiated. Players must submit complaints to [email protected] and allow ec33 a minimum of fourteen (14) days to investigate and respond before escalating the matter.
